The equipment is 2 sets of independent control 4-position drop machine, each 2 positions can be controlled separately. The device uses a small motor to drive the positive and negative screw rod to clamp the battery. The tested battery and the clamp are clamped according to the required falling direction. The motor drives the lifting screw rod to lift the device to the required height position. The positive and negative clamping mechanism is started through remote control,

When the clamping mechanism is released, the battery can freely fall to the platform below, so as to record the height of the experiment and the condition of the sample.

The main power control switch (air switch or circuit breaker) is installed on the equipment, and the start, stop and emergency stop buttons are installed on the equipment panel

It has reliable safety measures to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel, such as safety grating, mechanical limit block to prevent abnormal falling of falling mechanism from injuring people, etc

The falling platform is equipped with an electromagnet locking device, which can be self-locking when the door is opened and the power is off.
