Wide temperature range and high precision

The equipment adopts the inner box flameproof structure, that is, the inner box of the equipment is explosion-proof (no electric spark, friction spark) and the outer box is not explosion-proof.

The inner wall is made of 5mm SUS304 steel plate to reduce the impact of battery explosion on the inner wall;

The outer wall is made of 1.2mm cold rolled steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with camel color (or user specified color) to meet the anti-static requirements

The inner and outer shells are equipped with reliable grounding lines to ensure that static electricity is not focused on the shell surface of the equipment;

The blades of the equipment must rotate at high speed when working. In order to prevent the blades from colliding with the volute due to deformation or strong vibration under abnormal conditions, aluminum wheels are used to prevent metal collision and friction sparks under abnormal conditions

Explosion proof heater, small surface load, safe and reliable

The control adopts programmable key controller (only one program can be set, and touch screen controller can be selected if the program capacity is insufficient).

The equipment can be compatible with GB / t2423, GJB150, GB / t5170, GB / t31485, GB / t31467.3, gb31241 and other domestic and foreign standards
