1: R & D Manager (1) stock incentive for those with outstanding 20k-25k ability

Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's development plan, organize and implement product R & D, and maintain old products;

2. Connect with external customers, quickly output solutions and participate in bidding;

3. Manage R & D team and train technical backbone;

4. Organize the formulation of R & D management code of conduct and conduct systematic R & D management;

5. Provide technical support according to new product release requirements.

Requirements:

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, 30-45 years old, mechatronics, electrical and automation, mechanical;

2. More than 5 years of non-standard automation equipment design experience or testing equipment industry, 3C production line automation and new energy production line automation personnel is preferred;

3. Have a wide range of knowledge in mechanical design, motion control, sensors, PC software, and be proficient in one of them. Have more than 3 years of experience in leading the design team;

4. Have a strong sense of cost, good communication skills and team spirit.

2: Mechanical Engineer (2) 8k-15k

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for mechanical design of power battery safety test system, drawing assembly drawing and parts drawing;

2. Solve the problem of process structure in the process of production and assembly;

3. According to customer needs to provide a variety of design.

Requirements:

1. More than 4 years mechanical structure design experience, under 45 years old, college degree or above;

2. Solid mechanical basic knowledge, understand the characteristics of commonly used materials, understand all kinds of processing technology;

3. Familiar with mechanical transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic parts, sheet metal structure;

4. Working background in non-standard mechanical equipment industry or testing equipment industry;

5. Have professional patience, willing to grow together with the company, have a sense of responsibility, have good communication and coordination ability.

3: General Manager Assistant (1) 8k-10k

Responsibilities:

1. Assist to deal with daily affairs and contact with functional departments, coordinate and upload work;

2. Daily reception, meeting management, internal and external relations coordination;

3. Follow up the project schedule, foreign trade related work.

4. Responsible for the company's product promotion, update the web content, use various Internet resources for network marketing promotion, enhance the company's product influence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, foreign trade, administration, enterprise management, secretary and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than two years working experience as general manager assistant; foreign trade working experience is preferred

3. 24-30 years old, with C1 or above license, good image and temperament

4. Proficient in using office software, can independently produce PPT, PS, reports, official notice and other documents.

4: LabVIEW Software Engineer (2) 10k-15k

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the new equipment, develop the relevant supporting PC software to realize the communication, monitoring and maintenance of the system;

2. Responsible for the documentation of software change description and functional description, and improve the test equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, electronics, communication, computer, etc.; excellent LabVIEW graduates are also acceptable;

2. More than 3 years of non-standard automation equipment experience, new energy equipment development experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with LabVIEW development environment;

4. Familiar with can, Modbus-TCP, MODBUS-RTU and other communication protocols;

5. Understand all kinds of PLC programming and HMI development;

6. Familiar with motor motion control is preferred;

7. Rigorous and meticulous work, research spirit; good at thinking; team spirit; strong pressure resistance.

5: Software Engineer Assistant (2 fresh graduates) 5k-7k

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the software engineer to develop the upper computer software of new energy test equipment to realize the communication, data acquisition and status alarm of the system;

2. Assist software engineer to write software change description, function description and other documents, improve test equipment.

Requirements:

1. Learned LabVIEW software programming, and actually completed a small work;

2. Practical and diligent, have a strong interest in research technology;

3. Bachelor degree in measurement and control technology and instrument, electrical engineering and automation.

6: Electrical Automation Engineer (2) 9k-12k

Responsibilities:

1. Electrical control scheme conception, material selection, preparation of BOM;

2. Electrical control chart drawing;

3. PLC & touch screen, servo software programming, equipment debugging, etc.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with low voltage electrical specification and common electrical components. College degree or above in electrical, mechanical and electrical related major;

2. Familiar with PLC programming, electric cylinder, proficient in Siemens 200smart s7-1200 series PLC and WinCC software, familiar with Mitsubishi PLC and velon touch screen, can independently complete the project programming and debugging work;

3. Experience in servo driver and inverter application;

4. More than three years of non-standard automation equipment development experience, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills.

7: Engineering Assistant (2): 4.5k-6k

Responsibilities:

1. Data collection, distribution and control of Engineering Department;

2. R & D project plan and schedule follow up;

3. Receiving, sending and control of project materials.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, engineering background is preferred; familiar with ISO document control;

2. Have strong expression ability, analytical ability, strong logic, good at analyzing and thinking problems, strong executive ability;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, easy to cooperate, strong sense of teamwork, good sense of service.

8: After sales engineer (5) 6k-8k

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, training, after-sales support services, especially environmental incubator;

2. Follow up equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance;

3. Other work arranged by superior leaders.

Requirements:

1. Major in mechanical and electrical engineering, with electrician certificate.

2. At least 3 years working experience, at least 2 years experience in automation equipment maintenance or after sales. After sales experience of environmental constant humidity incubator is preferred;

3. Practical, responsible, hardworking and able to bear the pressure on site.

9: Assembly Technician (5) 4.5k-6k

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly of non-standard equipment;

2. Follow up the abnormal assembly until shipment.

Requirements:

1. Technical secondary school or above, 20-35 years old;

2. Understand the mechanical and electrical drawings, familiar with the working principle of various mechanical parts and basic electrical components;

3. Honest, good at communication, serious and responsible.

10: Sales Engineer (3) 5K + commission

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's product sales and promotion;

2. Mainly for the company's customer development and maintenance of daily work, subject to superior leadership.

3. Deal with customer problems, feedback customer information in time, report to department head regularly.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 2 years sales related working experience. (or marketing related major graduates);

2. More than 1-2 years working experience in sales industry, sales experience in non-standard equipment industry or new energy industry is preferred,

3. Have a good attitude, pressure ability, strong communication skills and communication skills;

11: Foreign trade salesman (2) 5K + commission

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overseas promotion of the company's products;

2. Carry out the daily work of the company's customer development and maintenance, obey the superior leadership;

3. The establishment and improvement of various overseas network platforms.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of foreign trade related work experience, can accept foreign trade graduates;

2. Proficient in using B2B and other social software;

3. Good at communication, can independently develop overseas markets, fluent in English listening, speaking and writing; CET-6

4. Business English / international economy and trade / mechanical manufacturing and automation major is preferred.

12: Product Engineer (2 persons): 10k-20k

Responsibilities:

1. Environmental constant temperature and humidity box product development, design, research and development of new products;

2. According to the needs of customers in the early stage of the sales department, the project docking and design are carried out, and the product structure and industry application are analyzed;

3. Cooperate with sales department for product promotion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in refrigeration, refrigeration or mechanical engineering;

2. Strong communication skills, self-motivated, studious, team spirit;

3. At least 5 years related experience in environmental constant temperature and humidity box; proficient in environmental constant temperature and humidity box industry standards.

13: Refrigeration design engineer (2 persons): 10k-20k

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for system design of refrigeration unit;

2. Selection of refrigeration system;

3. Refrigeration system debugging, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in CAD.

2. Mechanical and electrical, refrigeration, refrigeration, machinery related majors.

3. More than five years of experience in the design of refrigeration system for environmental constant temperature and humidity box, have a deep understanding of compressor, evaporator, condenser and refrigeration system, and be able to make rational use and design.
